Bob
Bob joined Imperial Advisory in 2019 as a business and finance consultant.
He began his career leading a customer-focused team at CSC ServiceWorks, a top provider of home and commercial laundry and air vending solutions, where he served as CFO and, subsequently, CEO. During his seven-year run as CEO, Bob helped CSC double in size, primarily through acquisitions, and gained financial backing for the company via private equity investments.
Throughout his 30-year tenure in the C suite, he had a major hand in the organization’s growth from $12.0 million in EBITDA to over $300 million in EBITDA and $1 billion in revenue. Through centralizing key functions, developing sales effectiveness processes, and implementing automated repair and parts tracking, Bob consistently supported the brand’s growth and success.
In addition to his role at Imperial Advisory, Bob also works as an executive coach helping business leaders explore a range of broad-based issues outside the world of finance. Bob earned his BA with a Concentration in Accounting and Business Management from Hofstra University.
